Real questions about ordering, pricing, delivery, privacy, and how Turtle Mail actually works.
Turtle Mail works entirely from your web browser — there's nothing to download. Visit turtlemail.app, choose up to five photos, write a short message, enter a recipient's address, and pay. A real, professionally printed photo package is mailed directly to them, typically within 10-15 business days.
Yes. Turtle Mail is deliberately accountless — there's no sign-up, no password, and no login of any kind, for either a single package or a business batch order. A single order is simply paid for and sent in one motion.
A single package — up to five photos and one personal message card — is $25 flat for US and UK delivery, or $100 flat for other international destinations, plus applicable sales taxes where required. There are no subscriptions and no hidden fees beyond that; the price is the same regardless of how many photos you include, up to five.
Yes — this is Turtle Mail's core B2B capability. A business can purchase a block of credits and upload a single spreadsheet (CSV file) containing every recipient's details at once. The system automatically processes the entire batch, sending a personalized, physically printed package to each recipient, without any manual, one-at-a-time data entry.
Every package includes a scannable QR code. By default, it leads to Turtle Mail's own page, but business senders can request a custom destination — a specific product page, video, or offer — which is reviewed for safety before it goes live. This turns a physical package into a bridge back to a digital call to action.
No. Recipient information is used only long enough to build the actual shipping request sent to our print partner — it is never written into our own database. This is true for both single orders and bulk business batches, regardless of scale.
Production and delivery typically take 10 to 15 business days from the date of your order. Our fulfillment partner does not provide real-time delivery confirmation, so any estimated delivery date is calculated from the ship date, not independently verified — this is also the basis for our damage-claim filing window.
You can submit a damage claim within 48 hours of your order's estimated delivery date. A real person reviews every claim, and a free reprint is issued where warranted — there is no charge for a valid claim. Only one reprint is issued per order.
Yes — but only through the batch order workspace, not the single instant-send flow. If you need a PO number attached to your order for your company's reimbursement or accounting process, purchase a credit block (even a block of just one) and enter your PO number there. The single-package "Send a Package" flow does not currently include a PO number field.
Turtle Mail prints real, physical 4x6 lustre photographs — not a folded card or a low-resolution postcard print — accompanied by a personal message card, mailed in a real envelope. It's built specifically around the idea that a genuine printed photograph is a keepsake, not a disposable greeting.
